Our goal is to provide a safe environment for everyone who works with us to return home at the end of every day, we adopt this policy in both our construction and mining business’s. Our Safety strategy concentrates on the behaviours of our employees and promoting the view that each and every person has a role to play in achieving our target to be a zero harm organisation, through taking responsibility for the safety of ourselves and our colleagues around us – no job is so important that we cannot take the time to perform it safely.
