PW has the ability to include construction of complex buildings as part of its work scope. Modern building projects require a knowledge of innovative techniques and the ability to manage multiple disciplines. PW's role in recent building projects have been as a joint venture partner with Skanska, for construction of new terminal buildings at Kotoka International Airport in Accra, and as EPC contractor for mine site villages and accommodation complexes in Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania and Sierra Leone.

PW has also fulfilled the role of Project manager for the development and construction of a major hotel and golf resort in Ireland. The 5-Star Marriott Hotel at the Hotel at the world renowned Druids Gleen Golf resort in Wicklow is a magnificient building which cleverly contrasts modern concrete and glass construction with indigenous stone. Built in 2002, it is a venue that is already highly regarded by the world's top international golfers. PW's expertise in concrete construction, backed up by our substantial manufacturing capabilities, means that we are able to enter into the largest and most complex construction projects.

We will build an airport or stadium as readily as a hotel or a bridge, and are always ready to meet the demands of new and unusual construction methods.
